Christmas Morning

Well Christmas was absolutely fantastic! The kids received a lot of fun toys, games, and clothes. I think they got pretty much most of what they asked for and some things they needed. They loved opening presents and it was fun to watch them get so excited over things.

Blair has been wanting to get the kids sleeping bags for a two years so this year he finally decided to get with it and buy some. Well the kids decided they wanted to have a campout in the living room in their new sleeping bags. So we rolled them out on the rug and put on a movie to watch and had an enjoyable Christmas night.

We had a fun Christmas and we're so grateful to spend it in our own home this year. We've been so blessed this year and grateful for all Heavenly Father has blessed us with. We love to be able to remember the birth of our savior this time of year and grateful for his spirit in our lives and home.

Christmas Eve

Well this was our first Holiday in our new house. We stayed in Thermopolis for the Christmas Holiday's. Well for Christmas Eve we decided to take the kids to see the movie "Frozen." After the movie we came home and read the Nativity story from the Bible and Book of Mormon and then watched a short video about the Nativity. Then we let the kids open up one present.
Here they are all excited to open a gift. They were even more excited to see that it was new jammies!
So here they are all dressed up in their new jammies and excited to get to bed so Santa Clause can come tomorrow. What a cute bunch of kids I have. Blair and I are truly blessed to be their parents.

School Christmas Concert

Ralph Witters Elementary had their Christmas Concert on the 19th of December at 2:00. I was able to go at 1 and help them get dressed and ready for their performance.
Statton thought it would be cute to have a picture of him pretending to hold the hand of the monkey on the wall. I guess I should have gotten more of the monkey in the picture.
Madison of course wanted a picture with her brother. It was funny because Statton was in the library at reading time and wanted to get back for the story so he left when Cassidy came out of class to get dressed. While I was putting his stuff in my bag and talking to Cassidy I turned around and couldn't find Madison anywhere. So I walked down to the library thinking she had went with Statton and sure enough she was in the library sitting by Statton listening to the story just like she was part of the class.
Cassidy was a little bummed because she didn't think she had anything cute to wear for the concert today so she was surprised when I pulled out this dress for her to wear. I told her that buddy our elf-on-the-shelf had told Santa about her big day so Santa brought her one of her new dresses early so she could wear it. She loved it and was telling everyone about it.

Madison of course wanted a picture with Cassidy as well. I didn't get a picture with all three of them because Statton wanted to get back to class in the library so he could finish the book with them.

Church Trunk-or-Treat

Well the first stop of the night was to hit the ward Trunk-or-treat. It was lots of fun and the kids buckets were so full we had to stop and empty them at the house before doing our door-to-door.
This was just some fun pictures we got with the kids and some of the friends they have made here in Thermopolis. Kasey (Ninja), Bethany (Angry bird), Lettie (cute pig), Madison, Cassidy, and Statton.

We even tried to get a quick shot with cute little Makenna.

Cassidy with Mady (french girl). Cassidy loves Mady! She is so sweet and nice and Cassidy really looks up to her. She was pretty ecstatic to walk around and trunk-or-treat with her.

This is some more friends. Zane (ninja), Statton, Madison, Kaylee (energizer bunny), and Trysten (spiderman). Statton, Madison, and Zane did a lot of trunk-or-treating together.
Just some more of our cute friends. Briana and Braylee. Super cute girls! We actually ran into them later that night while we were trick or treating door-to-door so we teamed up and stayed together. Super fun night!
The trunk-or-treating crew finally done. (After 10 rounds) Back at our pickup just hanging out. Cute kids!

Halloween School Party and Parade

Cassidy and Statton had their Halloween Party and Parade at School on Halloween Day. Parents came a little bit early and helped get their kids ready.
Cassidy was a Fifty's girl. Madison was Strawberry Shortcake.
 Statton was a ninja.
After I got them all changed into their costumes we got ready for them to trick-or-treat the other kindergarten classrooms. They had all sorts of treats for the kids and Statton's teacher was so nice and made sure Madison even had some goodies and a bag to go trick-or-treating with.

Cute shot of Statton with some of his classmates.

Statton always wants me to take pictures of him doing funny poses. Silly kid!

Statton was so cute to hold Madison's hand and take her with him to trick-or-treat. He's such a good big brother.

Just a fun shot of all my kids in their costumes. I think they look adorable!

This was us waiting outside to do the grade school costume parade. They have each grade walk around the courtyard of the school.

The kids are giving "fives" to the other kids as they walk by. It was such a fun day.
