While in Torrington at the end of May.The twins had been asking for bikes for awhile and we'd been putting it off but finally we told them that in two weeks we would go to Scottsbluff, Ne to buy them bikes. Finally after two weeks of being asked EVERYDAY if today was the day to get their bikes it finally came. We drove the 30 miles to Scottsbluff (nearest large town) and searched Walmart and Target for bikes. We finally decided on some at Target and brought them home for Blair to put together.
Side note: During the unwrapping of Statton's bike Blair was using his box-cutter style knife to get the padded wrapping off the bike when he accidenitly stabbed himself in the side of his left leg by the knee. Once we got the bleeding stopped Blair was able to continue with the putting together. I had to laugh when Blair was putting the tires on when Statton makes the remark "Careful Dad don't hurt yourself."
I can't tell you how excited Statton was to finally have a big boy bike. He loved it and rode it a ton!

The kids tested out their bikes by riding up and down the road in front of our fifth-wheel. They both really enjoyed riding their bikes.
Just a sweet pic of Madison riding the tricycle she received for her birthday a month ago. She loves riding hers and trying to keep up with the other two.
